I am a long time employee of Santa Margarita Ford who has sent your service department a few jobs from my Fleet Service Center, I was asked by my Dealer Principal (Jim Graham) to send work to your service department when we won the County of Orange contract. We had a few issues with the service department apparently when you had some changes going on with personnel, I am writing this to let you know after my experience we have tried another dealer and the service was not great but they were closer so we have been using them.

My wife and I decided that we wanted a new Jeep Wrangler so I got on line and looked up Jeep dealers and came up with a number that said something like Jeep Direct or something to that effect but it did not say the name of the Dealer. When I called Cole answered and was very attentive on the phone so I gave him a chance. Cole asked me a few questions about what we were looking for and said he would call me back. He called me back about ten minutes later and said he had located a vehicle that fit what I was looking for; he gave me some pricing that I was happy with,  so my wife and I drove out to your dealership. When we got to the store Cole was not there as he had to leave to handle something with his kids, but he made sure everyone knew we coming. Your GM Kenny handled us at first and then Josh helped with the paperwork while he was picking up the vehicle and getting it ready for delivery. It made us feel like we were at home and the experience was just as easy as doing the deal at my own store, everyone we came in contact was great! I would say you’re lucky to have such great employees but I believe you make your own luck, especially in this business. while new Jeep was getting ready I did take the time to go over and meet Tom, he spent time with me and let me know what had changed in the service department. He has asked me to start sending my work back to your store, he seems to know exactly what and I believe we will have a long relationship with your service department.

bottom line is you have a great store and if someone doesn’t want a Ford and has to have a be sending them to you. I have already spoken to the owner of my off road shop who is in the market for a Rubicon soon and to my father who wants to get a Wrangler to let them know to see our friends at Orange Coast. Please thank everyone for us and if you or any of employees ever need anything for a Ford don’t hesitate to call or email me. By the way I haven't broke the news to Jim yet about the new Jeep so please keep this between us for now,

I am enjoying my Jeep since yesterday. It's all that I envision a Jeep should be. I really have a positive buying experience at OC Jeep. I will definitely stop to buy parts or accessories at a later time. :-)

I wanted to give praise to one of your service people Daniel Ferraro. I have brought my jeep in for service twice over the last few months and Daniel made my visits very enjoyable. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure my repairs were done correctly and in a timely manner. Daniel has won me over I will be buying all my new cars at Orange Coast. Please let Daniel know he is doing a great job.

Good morning Jon,

I had the pleasure of dealing with Rob and Gitano this past weekend. I had dealt with Rob via e-mail for several days while looking for used cars online and the car I was looking at was one of many that I was considering. I wasn't planning on driving to Costa Mesa from Culver City to look at cars, but accepted Rob's invitation to stop by.

I honestly don't remember the last time I received top notch customer service from any car dealership. Rob and Gitano were a pleasant surprise. They were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and a pure pleasure to work with. They were more than helpful and in my opinion went above and beyond to sell me the car.

Jon, I just wanted you to know how happy I am with the service I received and assure you thatOrange Coast Chrysler will get my recommendation from now on.
